1. Permitted Use
You may use Catalyst to:
Build and manage legitimate business websites
Create and publish content for your business
Manage customer relationships and communications
Process payments for legal products and services
Use AI tools to generate business content
Automate marketing and operational workflows
2. Prohibited Use
You must NOT use Catalyst to:
Illegal Activity
Conduct any activity that violates applicable law
Sell illegal products or services
Facilitate fraud, money laundering, or financial crimes
Violate export controls or sanctions
Harmful Content
Generate, store, or distribute content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
Create content that exploits minors in any way
Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
Host phishing pages or deceptive login forms
Abuse of AI Systems
Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or replicate Catalyst's AI models
Use AI generation to produce content that impersonates real individuals without consent
Generate content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights
Overwhelm AI systems with automated requests beyond your plan limits
Spam and Abuse
Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam)
Harvest email addresses or contact information from the Platform
Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits
Use the Platform to conduct denial-of-service attacks
Platform Integrity
Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you
Interfere with the Platform's infrastructure, security, or performance
Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Platform without authorization
Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
3. Content Standards
All content published through Catalyst must:
Be truthful and not intentionally misleading
Comply with applicable advertising standards
Include required disclaimers where necessary (e.g., health, financial, legal claims)
Respect intellectual property rights of others
Not contain personal information of individuals without their consent
4. AI-Generated Content Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publication
AI output may contain errors — you must verify accuracy
AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial)
You must not present AI-generated testimonials or reviews as genuine
5. Resource Usage
Use Platform resources (storage, bandwidth, AI generations) within your plan limits
Do not attempt to circumvent usage limits through technical means
Excessive usage that degrades the Platform for other users may be throttled
6. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, report it to: abuse@catalyst.space
7. Enforcement
We may take any of the following actions in response to violations:
Warning notification
Temporary suspension of specific features
Temporary account suspension
Permanent account termination
Reporting to law enforcement where required
We aim to resolve issues through communication first. Immediate suspension is reserved for serious violations that pose risk to users, the Platform, or legal compliance.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to address new types of misuse or reflect Platform changes. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification.
