By creating an account or using Catalyst (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Catalyst is an AI-powered business platform that provides website generation, content creation, customer relationship management, marketing automation, analytics, and AI-assisted business operations. The Platform is operated by Trinity Intelligence Network.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information during registration
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform
One person or legal entity per account
You are responsible for all activity under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for any illegal activity
Generate content that is defamatory, harmful, or violates third-party rights
Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited communications
Interfere with the Platform's infrastructure or security
Resell access to the Platform without authorization
5. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by Catalyst's AI systems is provided as a starting point
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publication
Catalyst does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or legal compliance of AI-generated output
You retain ownership of content you create or approve through the Platform
Catalyst retains a license to use anonymized usage patterns to improve the service
6. Payment Terms
The Platform is currently in free beta. Pricing will be introduced with advance notice.
When paid plans are introduced, billing will occur on a recurring basis.
All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Failed payments may result in service interruption.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform, its design, code, and AI systems are owned by Trinity Intelligence Network.
Your business data, content, and customer information remain yours.
You grant Catalyst a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.
8. Data and Privacy
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for obtaining consent from your own customers for data collection.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
9. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.
We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
Catalyst is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations.
11. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with notice via email or Platform notification.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States.
